Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage
Executive Chef Joseph Miller brings a wealth of knowledge, talent and leadership to the Club. Chef Miller graduated from Ivy Tech’s Culinary Arts program and is certified by the American Culinary Federation. He continued his studies at the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Miller has served as a member of the Greater Indianapolis Culinary Team, and has received several gold medals, including one national championship, and serves as a professional culinary instructor. Chef Miller is a part-time instructor in Ivy Tech’s Culinary Arts program, and is a member of Ivy Tech’s Hospitality Advisory Board. He has been at Meridian Hills Country Club for 15 years and has been Executive Chef for the past 9 years.
