Chef Joe Miller, Executive Chef
Executive Chef Joseph Miller brings a wealth of knowledge, talent and leadership to the Club. Chef Miller is a graduate of Ivy Tech’s Culinary Arts program, and he is certified by the American Culinary Federation. He continued his professional development studies at the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Miller has a history of culinary competition.  He served as a member of the Greater Indianapolis Culinary Team, receiving several gold medals; including one national championship. Chef Miller is a member of Ivy Tech’s Hospitality Advisory Board. He has been employed at Meridian Hills Country Club for 20 years and has served as Executive Chef for the past 15 years.

Gabriel Sanudo, Sous Chef

Gabriel Sanudo, Sous Chef
Born and raised in Mexico City, Chef Sanudo started working in his family’s restaurant at age 14, while learning the fundamentals and techniques of cooking. He worked as Sous chef at Mukyu Ramen house in Mexico City for 2 years. Chef Sanudo has been at Meridian Hills Country Club for 8 years and has served as Sous Chef for the past 3 years.
